Art Atelier di Mariano Chelo is a contemporary art gallery on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi in central Cagliari, run by the Italian artist Mariano Chelo. The space functions as both a gallery and a working studio, displaying original paintings across a number of distinct series — among them Alveari, Cariatidi, Crolli, and Tasselli Mediterranei — as well as works exploring themes ranging from quantum physics to Mediterranean landscapes.
Beyond the permanent collection, the gallery is associated with MAP (Museo d'Arte Pubblica), which hosts temporary group exhibitions with an engaged, socially aware character. The atelier sits on one of Cagliari's main commercial streets, making it an accessible stop for anyone passing through the city centre.
