Oasi Biderosa is a protected wildlife refuge on the Golfo di Orosei, situated along the SS125 Orientale Sarda near Orosei. The reserve encompasses a stretch of pine forest, Mediterranean scrub, and five separate sandy coves set against pink granite outcrops on Sardinia's eastern coast.
Access is managed through an online reservation system with a strict daily limit on vehicles, which preserves the natural character of the site. Visitors travel through roughly six kilometres of forest to reach the first cove, with a van transfer available from the upper car park. Sunloungers and umbrellas can be booked, and basic food and drink are available near Cove 3.
Beyond swimming, the reserve offers kayaking on its lagoon, hiking trails, and bicycle hire. The wetland areas attract birds including flamingos and cormorants. Two of the five coves permit dogs on leads.
