Agriturismo La Colti sits in open countryside between Arzachena and Cannigione, a short distance from the Costa Smeralda coast in Gallura, north-east Sardinia. It operates as a working farm and restaurant, with ingredients — including cured meats, olive oil, pasta, bread, and livestock — produced on the estate itself.
The kitchen focuses on traditional Gallurese cuisine: chiusoni (the local semolina gnocchi), suppa cuata (a baked broth-and-bread soup), mazza frissa, and porcetto allo spiedo slow-roasted over an open fire in the courtyard. Diners can choose between an à la carte menu and a tasting menu; a wine list of Gallurese and Sardinian labels accompanies the meal, and house-made mirto rounds things off. Cooking lessons are also offered on the estate.
The agriturismo opens for dinner from 19.30 daily, from Easter through to October, and can be hired exclusively for private events including weddings and celebrations.
