Zuma Porto Cervo is the Sardinian outpost of the international Japanese restaurant group founded by chef Rainer Becker, set at the Cervo Tennis Club in the heart of Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda. The location gives the restaurant an open view over the marina and the Tyrrhenian Sea, with the white sand and turquoise water of the coastline as a backdrop for sunset dining.
The menu follows the contemporary Japanese style associated with the Zuma brand worldwide, pairing dishes such as roasted lobster, sashimi platters and a baked cheesecake with a cocktail list built around clarified and fruit-led serves. As with the group’s other locations, from London to Dubai to Rome, the emphasis is on combining a lively, design-led atmosphere with a kitchen that is taken seriously. Zuma Porto Cervo operates on a seasonal basis, closing over winter and reopening for the Costa Smeralda summer season.
