The second Passi di gusto, a food-and-walking series run by the Fondazione Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara, ends with two events.

On Saturday, October 31, walkers meet at 8:30 a.m. at Is Pittaus in Nuxis. The 8.5 km route crosses olive groves and Mediterranean scrub to the Cantina di Santadi, a cooperative winery known for Carignano del Sulcis. There, chefs Ivano Congiu and Barbara Congiu cook a meal with students and teachers from the Istituto Alberghiero di Sant'Antioco.

On Sunday, November 1, the finale moves to Carloforte on San Pietro Island. It includes a walk, a visit to the tonnara (tuna fishery) and red tuna served three ways, plus a Ligurian-tradition dessert. The sources give no price, booking details, start time or meeting point for this day, so check with the Fondazione first.
